WHO WE ARE
titanicautographs.com is part of the PR Sports Entertainers ltd group of companies. We have been trading since 1980. Our sports memorabilia company is soccerbid.co.uk. We are registered dealers with the UACC and board Members of AFTAL both are recognised organisations within the memorabilia industry.

AUTHENTICITY
All items sold by titanic autographs.co.uk bear genuine signatures (unless otherwise stated).  Titanic Autographs offer a lifetime guarantee of authenticity to the original purchaser on all items. If at any time you have reason to doubt that it is genuine, please do not hesitate to speak with us first, but providing that you have an opinion from 2 recognised AFTAL autograph dealers, we will be happy to offer a full refund.

PAYMENT
Payment will be accepted by Mastercard, Visa and most credit card except American Express and Diners, Cash,  Postal Orders and I.M.O's made payable in sterling only. No items will be released prior to payment. You can pay directly into our account.

Looking after your Memorabilia
What customers do or where they display their bought item is entirely their choice. However autographs will fade if put anywhere near sunlight, direct light, picture lights, and any form of electrical light. Keep any autographs away from these. Item should be put away from any natural light and kept in the dark. We take no responsibility and have no liability if an autograph fades. We have autographs that are 250 years old but they are kept out of any light unless bringing them out to show people.

SHIPPING
All items purchased will be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Subject to framing if additionally required. We will advise of shipping in which case at the time of order.  However we cannot accept responsibility for delays caused in the mail or by courier.

 

We cannot guarantee that when an item is added to your Shopping Bag it is still available in stock for purchase. We will confirm availability as soon as possible on receipt of your order.

Every item is catalogued with the intention of accuracy and items are in condition as described. Additional scans of individual pieces will be available on request.

We make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchases and our service. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please let us know as soon as possible by phone initially 00441702202036.

In compliance with UK law & the European Parliament and Council Directive 97/7/EC you have 7 days from receipt of your purchase to inform us if you feel that your purchase is not in accordance with the description of goods supplied on the web site. Upon receiving your returned item (in the same condition as it was at the time of sale) we will assess your claim fairly and take the appropriate action bearing in mind that your satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.
